Shipping
- We ship within Canada only, dispatched from Alberta via Canada Post with tracking on every order.
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation; typical Canada Post delivery is 1-4 business days depending on location.
- Free shipping on orders over $350; otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. The sender shown is “WRP” - there is no other identifying information on the exterior.
- Your tracking number is emailed with your order confirmation once the order ships.
Storage
- Products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder. On arrival, store vials in a freezer at -20°C, protected from light.
- Lyophilised peptides are stable long-term when kept frozen; avoid repeated temperature cycling.
- Keep each vial labelled with its lot number for recordkeeping and lot traceability.
