$110.00 CAD

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin pairs two peptides - CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin - that prompt the body's own release of growth hormone. The combination is studied in endocrine research on how the two work together on the growth-hormone axis.

About this compound

About this compound

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combines two peptides that both prompt the body to release its own growth hormone, through different doorways. CJC-1295 (no DAC) is an analogue (a close synthetic copy) of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH); Ipamorelin is a selective agonist (a clean “activator”) of the GH-secretagogue receptor, also called the ghrelin receptor.

What it has been researched for

Each component has its own human pharmacology literature. CJC-1295 produced sustained, dose-dependent rises in growth hormone and IGF-1 (a downstream growth-signalling hormone) in healthy adults; Ipamorelin was characterised as the first selective GH secretagogue, releasing GH with little effect on other hormones such as cortisol and prolactin. The combination is studied for how the two pathways act together to produce pulse-like GH release.

How it is thought to work

The two act on complementary receptors - the GHRH receptor (CJC-1295) and the ghrelin/GH-secretagogue receptor (Ipamorelin) - which in models amplifies natural, pulsatile GH secretion more than either alone.

Regulatory status

Neither component is an approved medicine; both are research compounds. Supplied strictly as research material - not for human consumption.
