About this compound

About this compound

Klow is a four-peptide blend - GHK-Cu, TB-500, BPC-157, and KPV - pairing regenerative (repair-associated) peptides with the anti-inflammatory fragment KPV.

What it has been researched for

Studied for combined tissue-repair and inflammation-related endpoints, bringing together repair-associated peptides and an α-MSH-derived anti-inflammatory tripeptide. The evidence base is the preclinical literature of the individual components.

How it is thought to work

Combines matrix remodelling and cell migration (GHK-Cu, TB-500), cytoprotection and angiogenesis (BPC-157), and anti-inflammatory melanocortin signalling (KPV).

Regulatory status

Each component is a research compound, not an approved medicine; BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV are in the FDA’s July 2026 advisory-committee peptide review and GHK-Cu in the February 2027 group (U.S.). This does not change the blend’s research-use status in Canada - not for human consumption.
